Books of the New Testament
These four books are called the gospels, which means "good news." (you must list all 4!)

What is Acts?
This man prepared the way of the Lord by baptizing repentant believers and telling them of the coming Messiah.
Who is John the Baptist?
Paul went on this many mission trips, truly doing his part in sharing the gospel "to the ends of earth."

Jesus heals ten men with this disease, but only one returned to thank him. He tells him that his faith haws made him well.

In this gospel, the writer focuses on how Jesus is for those on the outskirts at the time, such as for shepherds, women, the sick, and the poor.

Three apostles came with Jesus when he was transfigured and met with Moses and Elijah. Name at least two of them.
Who are Peter, James, and John?
This man was Paul's mentor and accompanied him on his first missionary trip.
Who is Barnabas?
This "wee little man" was interested in Jesus' message and climbed a tree to see him. Later he dined with Jesus and would even be at his crucifixion.
Who is Zaccheus?
This group of Jewish people did not believe that people would come back to life after they died.
Who are the Sadducees?
This epistle is in between Ephesians and Colossians. In it, Paul writes to one of the communities of Christians he established on his second mission trip.
What is Phillipians?
When Herod was killing the babies and young children, Mary and Jospeh fled here. This fulfilled the prophecy God had spoken through Hosea "Out of ___________ have I called my son.
What is Egypt?
Despite his fear of Paul, this man healed Paul's blindness in the name of Jesus. After this Paul was baptized, studied under him, and shared the gospel in the temples.
Who is Ananias?
Before Jesus goes to Jerusalem, where he will die, he asks his apostles who they think he is. This apostle correctly responds with "You are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God." Unfortunately, a short while later Jesus has to tell him "Get behind me Satan."
Who is Peter?
On Pentecost Jesus gives his disciples this. They the go and perform their first miracle; speaking in tongues.
What is the Holy Spirit?
This epistle by Paul is one his longest, and details many of the specific beliefs of christians today. In 5:8 Paul writes: "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. "
What is Romans?
At his mother's request Jesus performed this first miracle. It was quite the transformative act!
What is turning water into wine?
This apostle, one of the original 12, become the leader of the early church, healing and even raising the dead in Jesus' name.
Who is Peter?
Jesus fed the five thousand with 5 loaves of bread and this many fish. This number didn't include the women and children who were present.

In the book of Revelation, the holy city of Jerualem represents us, the church. As the angel measures it makes one of these solids (3-Dimensional shape,) representing how perfectly designed and unified we will be.
