Responsibilities
Teaches content and skills in the courses, subjects agreed upon, utilizing the course of study adopted by the Board of Trustees.
Secondary Teacher
Promote and model strategies for inclusive practices
Behavioral and SEL Coordinator
Maintain a calendar for the administrator
Principal's Secretary
Supervise and assist students in the classroom, integrated setting and in the community for the purpose of maintaining student safety
Paraeducator
Provide educational counseling, in which the student is assisted in planning and implementing an immediate and long-range educational program
Counselor
Patrols and monitors buildings, grounds, parking lots, to prevent loitering and ensure compliance with school regulations and local laws
Maintains open communication and cooperative relationships, inspires individual and team development, and reviews processes for improvement.
Principal
Operates standard office machines, including computer operating systems and programs. Answer telephone, take messages and/or refer callers to appropriate sources
Student Services Clerk
Assist in providing social/emotional outreach and lessons to students, refer to counseling services as needed.
Secondary Teachers
Collect data on behavior and learning, and assist students in developing appropriate social skills/behaviors.
All Staff
Maintains student records including transcript of record, health and immunization, confidential file, etc. while keeping faculty abreast of developments.
Principal's Secretary
Supervises students in out-of-classroom activities as agreed upon in performance contract. Such as: chaperone, campus supervision and other student activities.
Secondary Teachers
Enforces discipline policies and supervises/coordinates suspension and expulsion criteria for students including sharing the expulsion hearings for expulsion cases for Red Bluff High School.
Principal
Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and positive management of student conflict.
Campus Supervisor
Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and performance feedback to school personnel regarding initiation and implementation of positive behaviors interventions and collection.
