I am proud of being an active member of EWB Network. I proudly say that thanks to EWB my life has changed. Absolutely I tried to be first of all a good person and a good teacher who always thinks about her pupils and creates something new for making the lesson effectively and purposfully.
When did you apply to the TSSET Program ?
Thanks to the EWB Network I have encouraged myself. I have informed about TSSET Professional Development Program. I applied to this program last year.
Where have been teaching?
I have been teaching at the Secondary school # 27 in Unji village in Bobojon Gafurov district .
Which opportunity of EWB Network did you use for developing your pedagogical skills?
Great question! I am really happy that I was selected the winner of the EWB Master Workshop Winter 2023-2024 grant and I have conducted a 3 day training with 16 English teachers in Unji village , Bobojon Gafurov district.
What is the goal of TSSET program?
The TSSET program aims to improve the quality of English language teaching in Tajikistan's secondary schools by enhancing the professional skills of English teachers. The program is expected to benefit 4000 of English teachers across Tajikistan.
How many experienses of teaching do you have?
I have more than 5 years of experiences of teaching.
Do you regularly participate to the Thursdays webinars and Speaking clubs of the EWB Network?
Yes, of course . I try to find my time and join to them . Because every sessions of these webinarls belongs to the one of the important theme of methodology which helpful for English teachers and learners .
Speak about the 60 hour cascading course training and your experience of participating in the TSSET program.
Great idea. Thanks to this project I have met with 6 Coaches of Uzbekistan, 2 Trainers of USA and 39 Natioanal Trainers of Tajikistan.. First we learned 7 important modules of Teaching Engish Through English during a week and the course was very effective and engaging. Of course we have shared our experience .
What do you do for yourself in developing self regulated learning?
I always read motivation books based my life and my job. Of course , I often listen to podcasts and to attend to the training both online and ofline.
Do you use resources of the EWB ?
Yes , I do .As I am a member of the EWB Network and I have my own page and I always use many useful materials during my teaching. There are mjority activities which support English teachers and students for enhancing all the skills of EL.
What you have done for implementing the TSSET goal after participating in the ToM course ?
So, I would like to mention that the ToM course gave me much more benefits . I recognized and believed myself only there and hoped I could teach to adults and make collaboration with them.Fortunatly I have conducted 40 hour cascading course training for 10 RPMs of my district.Now I am really happy that I have done all my tasks successfully.

Could you tell about the Modules of Teaching English through English ?
Yes, of course, There are more than 7 modules: building routines, classroom managment, giving clear instruction.writing objectives, checking comprehension,increasing classroom interaction and adapting the textbook.
What do you think about your job? Are you agree of being an English teacher?
Yes, of course I am really happy that I had chosen this job and teaching and leraning are my hobbies.
