What is the difference between fixed and variable lines?
Fixed line is talking about interest rate that does not change with the prime rate as it fluctuates, it also is for a specific amount of at least $5k and the monthly payment goes towards principal and interest.
Variable is when the line is set to move with the prime rate and can change at any time. Members can draw at any time and monthly payments made will be of interest only. To pay on principal they must pay more than the min monthly payment.
What is an ATM issue/malfunction?
The member is stating they tried to do a withdrawal at the ATM and never received the cash but see’s the transaction in their online banking.
