How many requirements must a summer resident meet in order to be eligible to live on campus?

(1)Are registered for at least 1 summer credit at WWU or another local college (WWU login required to apply)
(2)Are doing an internship or field work for WWU
(3)Enrolled as a WWU student for Fall 2026
(4)Employed over the summer with Western Washington University, or by University Residences or Dining Services
What is the minimum length of time (contract length) a resident may stay in the summer?
Three weeks.
A student paid the $250 housing prepayment but then cancelled their summer housing before June 1. Do they get the $250 refunded?
Yes!

4 pm on the Friday of their respective contract.
If you stay during summer intersession (June 13 - June 20), when do you move into your summer room?
Monday, June 15.
If you move out by 4 pm on June 12 (last day of spring term), when can you move into your summer room?

When is the mandatory fall move-in date for all-summer residents?
