Answer: ¨C¨ stands for Creativity- one of the main core values at our school is definitely developing the ability to solve problems in a peaceful way. We seek to develop your ability to creatively.

ANSWER: Room 226, on the second floor.
Question: What are the main colors of CAMS (Collaborative Arts Middle School)?
The main colors of CAMS: Orange, and Black.
Question: How long do I have to transition to my next class, once the bell rings???
ANSWER: You have 2 minutes to get from one class to another
QUESTION: I came in to class at 8:30, am I late to class?
ANswer: Yes you are considered late to school, and class. Our school day officially starts at 8:20 am
QUESTION: The acronym for the CAMS core values is ¨CARR¨. What does each letter stand for?
ANSWER: C for Creativity, A for achievement, R for Respect, and the last R is for Responsibility.
QUESTION: Mr. O is my bestie, can I ask the teacher to see him whenever I want since he is the Dean?
ANSWER: Even if any staff member is your bestie, you can not request to leave a class to see another teacher, support staff or administrator. You may meet with a staff member prior to lunch and ask the teacher to give you a pass to speak to that person during lunch.
QUESTION: Is this student in proper uniform attire? Why or why not?
ANSWER: No, students are not allowed to wear blue jeans, only khaki or black jeans or skirts. Tops can be orange or gray.
Question: I have really bad headache and need to go to the nurse, to get some aspirin, what is the procedure for this situation?
ANSWER: 1st thing is we are not allowed to give you medicine (unless your parent has completed a special form in some cases). NEXT, you must ask the teacher for a pass and then go to the OFFICE, and get a pass to go to the nurse.
- In this situation, since you cannot get any medicine, you may need to call your house and have someone pick you up.
QUESTION: I am always cold, and my teacher likes to keep the AC on. What is appropriate (suitable) to wear in the classroom?
ANSWER: A uniform colored sweater (Orange or Gray) or sweat pants (Orange, Grey, or Black)
QUESTION: I heard one of my friends talking about cutting themselves, what should I do?
ANSWER: Reach out to a teacher or the guidance counselor.
QUESTION: This student is about to walk into the classroom, the teacher greets the student by saying ¨Hi¨and says what else before the student enters the class?
ANSWER: Please put away your sunglasses and headphones.
