Reaganomics/Reagan Revolution: Ronald Reagan took charge of the administration. He used Reaganomics, which was the idea of allowing companies the opportunity to make profits and encouraging investment would stimulate the economy. He argued that tax cuts would stimulate economic growth.


New Right: It was a populist conservative movement. It appealed to evangelical Christians, anti-tax crusaders, advocates of deregulation and smaller markets. They wanted Americans to have a bigger impact in the government and thought the Democratic Party was poorly representing them.
