What resources are available to help students pick their classes?
Incoming students required to meet with peer advisors to choose classes. Students can also meet with undeclared faculty advisors and the Senior Director of Advising and Support Services in the Undergraduate Business Programs Office. Will meet with major faculty advisors after declaring major.
How do Leavey students connect with alumni?

What is Leavey Scholars?
The Leavey Scholars Program offers special opportunities for business students who have established a record of excellence in their Santa Clara studies. Special “scholars” sections of core business classes (BUSN 85, FNCE 121, MKTG 181, OMIS 108, MGMT 80, MGMT 160 and Capstone). Enrollment in the Leavey Scholars Program is by invitation only after a student’s first year. Those invited are in the top 7-10% of their class.
What does the internal transfer process look like?
A limited number of students will be accepted into Leavey through this application process. This process takes place each spring. Have to apply through the Leavey Internal Application Process. Cumulative GPA required is a 3.0 + 2 essay questions
What is ACE
The ACE program (Accelerated Cooperative Education Program) is a 3 year program beginning in the sophomore year. Students apply for the program. They participate in focused exploration of their leadership abilities, enhance their development of professional skills, and receive special opportunities to network, reflect, and expand personal and professional horizons.

NPI/BUSN 188 you work in groups of 3-5 students together with a local small business owner from an underserved local community. Working as business consultants, your team meets with the business owner throughout the Winter and Spring quarters. In the Winter quarter, your team works closely with the business owner to identify goals and create an action plan which your team will implement in the Spring quarter. Each team receives funding for its approved action plan.
