Adding a New Transponder
1. To order a new transponder, left click on the vehicle tab in cE.
2. Check the Tag Request box on the left side of the blank row at the bottom.
3. Select Tag Model.
4. Enter the vehicle information.
5. Always ask your customer how they would like to receive their transponder, would they like to pick up their sticker or have it mailed. Select pick up or mail.
6. Once all of the information is entered, click Save.
7. If the customer requested that the pass be mailed, have them verify their shipping address.
8. If the customer requested pick up, please advise they need to pick up within 7 days and provide the information they will need to give the pick up location.
I do not have my AAC. What else can I use to get into my account?

Replacing A New Transponder

1. When a customer needs to replace an existing transponder (due to a new windshield, wrong placement, WAMT, etc.), go to the vehicles tab.
2. Check “Tag Request” on the left hand side of the last row (this row should be empty)
3. Select the Tag Model .
4. Enter in the vehicle information (LP State, CL, Year, Make, and Model) EXCLUDING the LP.
5. CUT the LP from the original transponder that’s begin replaced and paste that information into the new request.
6. Click SAVE.
7. Left click to highlight the original transponder (that you are replacing) and then right click and select RETIRE/REMOVE.
8. Click Save.
9. Add a comment and click Save.

3. Locate the transponder number.

5. Right click.
6. Select Retire - Remove tag.

Transferring A Transponder

Get account information. Ask the customer to look on the Sticker tag and note the tag # starting with OTA. Enter the number into the Tag Number box in the cE search field. If the transponder is active on account, that account will automatically pull up. Go to the vehicles tab where the transponder is located, highlight the tag row, and right click in the far left column. Select eGo Transfer to Account and enter requesting customer's account number. Transfer the tag, then click Save on the account it was transferred from. Refresh the requesting customer's acct. Update veh info if needed(LP).Add comment to both accounts
