No, you can only earn bonuses on your stipends during the school year.

How would you earn money and bonuses throughout the school year?
In addition to having consistent attendance, participation, and good behavior, you would need to go above and beyond and help out in the program. For example, helping set up for events.

How would you lose money on your stipend throughout the school year?
Bad behavior, not following dress code, continuing to bring outside food* (I'm okay with it), leaving classrooms a mess, being disrespectful to staff and scholars, bullying,etc.

Yes, you need to submit an outside tracker and let your student advocate know what days you will be out or coming in later due to participating in extracurricular activities.
