What are background checks?
This benefit is utilized when someone needs to take a medical leave but requires carrier approval.

When an employee has been promoted to Senior (or after one year of employment for management and Services employees), this is allowed to be purchased.
What is SEI stock?
Employees require these to validate salary and employment information.
What is an employment verification?
This system verifies employees’ work authorization.
What is E-Verify?
New hires have this amount of time to complete their benefits enrollment.
What is 30 days?
The Services onboarding session on an employee’s start date consists of these three main sessions.

We call these top scores this on SEI’s performance reviews.
What are award points?
This is the system you request an address change.
What is Namely?
Some clients require a validation process to be performed on consultant information engaged at the client on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis.
What are audits?
This must be completed if you request life or critical illness coverage above the guaranteed issue amount.
What is evidence of insurability?
This is sent a week after the new hire has onboarded.
What is the onboarding survey?
This time of the month reviews are kicked off prior to an employee’s performance review.
What is the 15th of the prior month?
PTO for staff consultants includes time off for vacation, personal days, and sick days as well as this.
What are holidays?
This vendor is responsible for issuing our milestone anniversary rewards.

This is conducted monthly to validate the enrollments, changes, and terminations with carriers.
