The story is about a young man, Robin Hood, who was an outlaw but also a hero. He was living in England's Sherwood forest of Nottingham during the 14th century. He stole from the rich and gave to the poor. He and his friends fought the evil prince John, Sir Hiss and The Sheriff. Prince John wanted all the gold for himself so he trippled the taxes. Many people ended up in jail because of this but Robin and his friends managed to free them all in the end.
