When should you use Mapped Drive Utility?

If you can see a mapped drive within file explorer but you cannot see it within Lacerte or the Websetup then running the Mapped Drive Utility will allow Lacerte or Websetup to see the drive. This tool does not map drives for Windows, it allows Lacerte to see improperly mapped drives.
