What is the difference between a Lock Down Drill and a Secure Drill?

A lock down drill you are staying put, staying silent, going to a safe place if applicable, lights out, no noise. A secure drill you are coming in from outside immediately and going inside, locking outside doors. If you are already inside, you make sure outside doors are locked and continue business as usual.
