How would you search for a PAC call?
What is:
- Using drop down in top left select Search Calls. Start with "PAC" in last name, City, and Make. Search the list of calls comparing other details provided.
- Due to the wide variety of information provided on a PAC call, it can be difficult to locate and might require multiple searches. It's common for the public agency dispatcher to have a lot more information on the call back then the initial request. If you do not locate the call you are looking for try again with different variations of search details before reaching out in slack or to a Senior.
- Remember the public agency dispatcher may say a different city then what D3 considers it, try with just vehicle and "PAC" in last name.
- Original vehicle information may have been nothing but the color, search just using "PAC" in last name and city
