What is all 4 sections?
This is the date the initial treatment plan would expire if a client was opened today (2/14/2022).
What is 7/31/2022?
This is when I can bill for completing the discharge note.
What is when we have a closing session with the client?
This is how many days late a note would be for the writer to put "late entry" in the body of the note, per the county.
What is 5 business days?
This is what needs to be done if I realize I made a mistake on a treatment plan I wrote and signed 3 weeks ago.
What is an interim update?
This is the service you would bill if you completed a safety plan with a client who was not actively in crisis.
What is plan development?
This is when we state in a note that one of our interventions was "in order to assist the client in decreasing symptoms of ____ and improving functioning in ____ area."
What is meeting medical necessity?
This is what could happen if we do not get the client's signature on the treatment plan.
What is all services disallowed?
This is the only billing code where we can bundle services in the progress note.
What is crisis intervention?
This is where we list the DSM symptoms and state the diagnosis given to the client upon opening and must be done in all intake notes.
What is justifying the diagnosis?
