What is ABC Dress Code?
Calling out for a partial day (coming in late / leaving early) less than 24 hours until scheduled shift.
What is .5 occurrence?
Teammate has arrived to work at 11:52 AM, gotten signed into their iPad/apps for the day, made their coffee, and put their things away. Teammate is now waiting in / near lobby at 11:58 AM for patient to arrive at 12 pm.
What is "ready to work"?
Calling out more than 24 hours until your shift, but did not provide 2 week notice to leadership / did not receive approval from leadership for time off.
What is 1 occurrence?
RBTs are expected to document their sessions within 48 hours of ending the session; goal is to document their session within 24 hours of ending their session.
What is submitting SOAP notes?
Calling out (full day) the day BEFORE or AFTER a holiday.
RBTs will recieve an email 45 days before the deadline to maintain your current pay and title.
What is RBT certification renewal?
Calling out (partial day) the day BEFORE or AFTER a holiday.
What is .75 occurrence?
Clinical learning modules taught to all teams across ABC. These sessions are led by the clinic's CD and RBTs are expected to complete tasks to follow by the end of that month. (This will be required by the BACB in 2026 as well).
