Change the control station code from 60 to 60S.

The secondary / the one underneath the PB line.

Driver tried to deliver, but the delivery location was closed. The CSR who created the job did not verify the hours of operation for the consignee.
What is the difference between a DRR and a HFPU?
HFPU: The customer recovers the package from the airline.
DRR: The customer tenders the package at the airport, and the delivery LSP recovers and delivers to the consignee.

What is the Driver Call Log, and how to you find it?
Only available for DR shipments. You click on the L LSP and press F12. There will be a green button at the bottom that says Driver Call Log.

What is the difference between an Action Message and a JIS?
The JIS is where we put specific info about what goes wrong with a job. The Action Message is on the Job Analysis Screen and provides basic info for communicating between teammates.
