caretaker singles out the child, belittle them or shame them. Threatens child with being sent away or telling them they are unwanted

Caretaker having the child carry illegal drugs and/or participate in drug selling

Caretaker is photographing, filming, or depicting a child in a sexually suggestive or explicit way
what is sexual exploitation?
an intense, acute injury OR characterized by the child suffering lasting pain
What is serious injury?
The exchange of a child for anything, or to settle a debt, regardless of whether the child is used for labor
What is child trafficking?
caretaker verbally assaults child or bully child; threatens to harm child
what is terrorizing/creating a climate of fear?
Caretaker forcing, encouraging, or enabling child to steal from individuals or businesses
what is a delinquent offense?
caretaker provides child access to harmful sexual material or witness sexual acts
what is exposure to sexually explicit conduct/materials?
injury to a child, consistent with the definition, that is not explained, or the explanation is not consistent with the injury
what is unexplained injury?
limit interaction, cuts child off from social or cultural interactions, caretaker makes child believe they are alone in the world
