Through the Ticketek website or app, using their accessible barcodes, which allowed them to select the type of accessible ticket they needed.
Can you reserve a wheelchair space in the Red Zone?
No. They can upgrade to a reserved seat or space outside the Red Zone.
Side note, if they have a companion card they can upgrade to a reserved seat for $18 and book the complimentary companion card ticket through Ticketek

I'm in a wheelchair, I am going to the O'Reilly stand and entered the SCG through Gate E. How do I get there?
Go to the security attendant at the back of Bay 25, they will allow you through the VT tunnel which comes out in the O'Reilly stand. Head to the O'Reilly stand lift near the food and beverage outlets.

I'm driving to pick up someone from the game who has accessible needs, where do I drive to?
If you have a disability permit displayed in your car, you can drive to the Driver Avenue turning circle from Lang Road. Stick to the far left lane and follow instructions from the rangers and police.
How do your use your companion card to get a free companion ticket through Ticketek?
Select the seat you want and choose the relevant paid category (Adult, Concession, junior etc). Select the second seat and scroll down to 'Do you need a ticket for a companion card holder?' Add the companion card ticket to the cart and enter your companion card number at the checkout.

Take the Brewongle lift down to level 4, there are ambulant cubicles in the toilets near boxes 4055-4072. There is an accessible toilet on the Brewongle concourse between bays 30 and 31.
How does a Vic member book a reserved wheelchair space and/or carer seat for a game at the MCG?
The same as any Vic member upgrading to a reserved seat, through Ticketek. After entering their barcode they select accessible tickets an this will highlight the bays with wheelchair spaces and carer seats

Use the accessibility contact form on the SCG website. This is a form for people who already have tickets to an SCG event to request additional support from venue staff.
Who is eligible for a companion card and how do you get one?
People who can show they require lifelong attendant care support and that aids and technology do not allow them to access the community independently. Apply through your relevant state government.
