List all chemicals used at PPMM that tell staff how to properly dispose of and clean up any spills.
How often do we have medical drills?
Annually. Once annually for non-surgical sites and twice annually for surgical sites.
What is your inventory process/ordering process?
Handeled by the desginated ordering coordinator and overseen by the CM. Health Centers order once a month. Orders are based by HC PAR #s. Inventory counts are done monthly to the end of the month.
Receiver will confirm with a packing slip and received in SharePoint. Supplies are stocked by ''First in, first out" principle. Soonest EXP date in the front old EXP date in the back.

Counts are done in the morning and evening by a licensed staff, CM or site supervisor with two signatures. Any Discrepancies are to be reported to the CM and a CAP is to be completed.
