  • Academic Governance Policy- IQQCR (Instructor Quarterly Quality Control Report) Completed at Quarterly In-Service -Programmatic breakout calls) Survey at the end of meeting to give input into curriculum. 
  • Ticketing system, submit a ticket for curriculum error or fix.

What is attendance policy? How do you take attendance?

  • If student is absent from lab or online for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days the student will be withdrawn from school.
  • Attendance Worksheets in lab/ Students sign in at the beginning of lab, Instructor adds time in and time out then Attendance is entered in Facutly portal. 
  • SOAR- Zoom attendance report printed, attendance entered faculty portal and students then complete attendance taking assignments.

  • Student can access grades and attendance on SOAR Students portal.

How do students’ makeup work or missed classes?

  • Alternative sessions (Same mod, unit, day, skill at a different session time or Open Labs.) Work with education management to get approvals needed.
  • Grade change for makeup work up to 7 days after mod ends
