What is a Mark?
A mark is the physical spot on the floor where the actor is required to stand.
What does quiet on the set include?
gum chewing, whispering, opening a can of soda or a bag of chips. Anything with noise, you may THINK you are quiet; however, the microphone will pick up even the smallest of sounds. "Quiet on the set" means complete silence.
