Do a crab walk across the living room and back.
Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat, and hands on the floor behind you. Lift your tush and make a game of "walking" forward, backward, and side to side on your hands and feet.

Do one set of arm circles.
Holds your arms out to the sides of you.Then paint circles with your hands, starting with small circles and slowly growing to large circles, then back to smaller circles. Keep the movements slow, and don't flail your arms around.

Leaning tower of Pisa- This requires three players. Have one of the three kids stand upright in the middle, either holding hands or interlocking elbows with the other two who let themselves lean as far as possible to each side. Just make sure that no one lets go and that they carefully pull each other up to a vertical position at the same time when they are done.
The team to stay in balance gets the points.

Catch-Both teams separately play catch when each teammate catches the ball they take one small step away from each other.
Which ever team goes longer without dropping the ball gets the points.

Galloping-One foot is the leader, and the other foot follows behind. Don’t forget to do both sides!
Do this to the stairs and back.

Do a bear walk to the kitchen table and back.
With your hands and feet on the floor and tush up in the air, walk or race around (growling optional).

Do a toe touch sitting down and then standing up.
From a standing position bend over at the waist and reaches for your toes with your feet together. If you can't quite reach your toes, just stretch as far as is comfortable. From a sitting position sit with legs outstretched and together. Then bend forward once again reaching for the toes or as far as is comfortable. In both stretches hold the stretch for 15 seconds and then release.

Stay out of the river- Have each young athlete stand on two spots or Dome Cones with a partner moving the third dome cone in the direction that they're trying to move. Just explain that they cannot touch their hands or feet onto the floor or court surface. Let them pretend they’re trying to cross a river without getting wet.
The points are awarded to the team who stays out of the "river".

Steering the ball.
kick the ball for 20 ft in a straight line.

Jumping-With feet close together, push off with both feet and land on both feet.
First jump make the landing quiet. Do ten in a row.

Do lunges all around the first floor of your house.
Take the biggest step forward that you can with your right foot, then lower into a lunge, make sure your knee doesn't go past your toes.

Side stretch- Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart. Your right hand goes on your right hip and your left hand overhead. Then lean toward the right shoulder. Exhale while leaning over, hold the stretch for 10 seconds.
Do the stretch twice on each side.

Magic carpet- Have the participants stand in a straight line with the hoop going over one person's head and then from the feet upwards over the next person. The only rule is they must keep two hands on the hoop at all times.
Whichever team gets to the last person first is given the points.

Dribble dabble.
Dribble the ball in a zig zaged pattern for 10ft.

Frog jumps- place your hands down on the floor in between your legs. Push up on your feet and hands just as a frog would do.
Do four of these.

Jumping jacks.
Do 10 jumping jacks.

Do a sunrise stretch. 1. Stand up tall. Take three to five deep breaths. 2. On the next inhale, lift your arms above your head. Press your legs and feet down toward the ground and stretch your spine and waist toward the sky. 3.As you exhale, bend the upper half of your body at your waist down toward your legs, as if you were diving into a pool. Bend your knees a little at first, to avoid straining your back. Bend as far as you comfortably can. As you inhale again, open your arms wide and stand up slowly, stretching your arms to the sky.
Do this four times.

Bean Heads- Place a simple bean bag on your heads. The objective is to maintain balance while walking around. Each team relays until everybody has gone once.
The first team to have all players relay is given the points.

Knock off- Put cups or containers on a picnic table or something raised. Have the children throw a ball at the cups from a distance trying to knock them over.
Which ever child knocks over the most cups after five chances receives the points for their team.

Leaping- Have the participants stand behind a piece of tape of ribbon and leap as far as they can.
Who ever leaps the furthest gets the points.

Do a singing wall sit- Lean back against a wall and slide down until your knees are bent 90 degrees and directly over your ankles your toes should be in front of the knees. Place your arms on the wall by your side, palms flat. Hold this position while you sing the "Happy Birthday" song or another favorite tune.
Hold for the whole song of either "Happy Birthday" or ABC`s

Do a straddler stretch. With both legs apart and extended at both sides. Both arms should be extended in front of you with your palms on the floor. Keeping your back straight, lean forward at the hips, bringing your hands forward until your chest is as close to the floor as her body allows without pain. Exhale and hold the position for 10 seconds, return to the starting position and inhale.
Do this four times.

Monkey race-Have the participants hold a ball with both hands between their legs. Balls of different sizes can be used based on the age and skill of each youngster. At first just have the children walk around. Then, once they have progressed to moving more quickly with a lower center of gravity, they can compete in a race.
First person to cross the finish line is (and there team) is awarded the points.

Trash mash throw a ball or a piece of paper into a clean trash can or container. each time you get it in you back up two steps.
Which ever team gets the most paper balls in gets the points.

Toe tape- put a piece of tape on the ground and have participants skip down the line. then have them walk on their tippy toes.
Whoever achieves both without falling out of line gets the points.
