What is the difference between comprehensive and collision? Paint a picture for customer, give examples of each and how deductible works
Comprehensive is when something hits you, Collision is when you hit something. Common Comprehensive claims in our area are Animal (Deer), theft, rock chip/cracked windshield, hail damage. If you're driving down 435 and you hit a deer, you will be responsible for the first $500 for your comprehensive deductible, Allstate will pay the rest on your behalf. Do the same for Collision.

If you car is totaled in a covered loss, Allstate will replace your vehicle with the same make and model, but one year newer and 20,000 less miles.
Must be 1st titled owner and vehicle cannot me more than 7 years old.

IS 1-40: No more than 2 losses in the past 3 years. Only 1 Fire, Theft, Vandalism, Liability or Water loss. No dog bite losses.
