What does it mean to know what our count is/ whether or not we are in ratio?

Count- knowing exactly how many kids are signed into camp for the day and knowing where each child is AT ALL TIMES

Ratio- For example, when you're about to leave a room, you want to ensure that our 1:4 ratio will be maintained. If you have 18 kids in the room, there must be 5 counselors with them. This determines whether or not you may leave the room.
