We did an "ice core lab." Describe it. What did we do? What indicator did we use? What did it teach us?

We used BTB (bromythol blue) to test ice that had no CO2 in it, and lots of CO2 in it. We found that ice with no CO2 turned blue. Ice with lots of CO2 turned green/yellow.

This related to the ice in our ice caps showing we are getting more and more CO2 in our atmosphere each year, which gets trapped in ice.
