Pt presents with disabling dyspnea at rest, requiring 3L of O2 continuously otherwise will have hypoxemia at rest. However, does not have any chest pain. Bed to chair existence with fatigue upon exertion, Lab results show FEV1 at 25%. Pt also has had a history of COVID 2 months ago.
