Required at breakfast and lunch. Must show what the meal for the day is as well as the requirement for 1/2 cup fruit/vegetable.

Must be completed annually to determine if enough revenue is being generated from the sales of nonprogram foods.

What are Smart Snacks standards?
Provides a snack to students after the school day along with an educational activity.

What is an eligibility roster?
You SFA will submit one week of menu documentation including production records, food labels, CN labels, product formulation statements, and recipes so that this can be completed.

These require approval from DOE or BIE to be able to be used.
