It depends on if that surgery center will give them surgeries in at least 3 of the following areas:
Gnecology, Genitourinary, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Thoracic, Peripheral Vascular, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Orthopedic, Plastic/Reconstructive, Diagnostic Scopes.
