Why is HTC failing?
Every other company is suffering losses , small or huge. I say not failed because even they are finding it hard to innovate over the past few years. The biggest reason behind HTC's failure is that they did not improve on some of their biggest mistakes - poor camera and appalling battery life (due to below average mAh capacity stock battery).
