Exploitation
John moved in to assisted living. He has no cognitive impairment. He has a female friend that visits regularly and takes him to church. His family has informed the facility that they do not want him to go off the property with anyone outside of the list they provided. What right(s) will be violated?

The facility must provide me to each resident and only the resident and administrator/SIC should have access to me.
A lockable space
Mr. Robinson sure does complain a lot. Every week he comes into the office to share his list of complaints. Today, the administrator told him she could help him pack up and move to another home. What right is this a violation of?

Yes. It is a chemical restraint. He is being medicated for being awake and walking. The Ativan is being used to sedate him.
