The tradition of sharing knowledge and experience from one rank to the next to improve skills and learn standard procedures.
What is training?
This rank is referred to as a senior officer.
What is a CPT?
Ex: In checking CMS you notice that there are 5 recruits on the roster who have been in the squad for one week, and have yet to receive the class needed for their next promotion. You reach out to the recruiter who happens to be a LT, and ask them to conduct this initial class.
What is orientation?
The two step process of inviting new members, and informing them of basic community/squad rules, structure, policies, and departments.
What is recruiting and orientation?
The process of checking in with new and old members.
What is an activity check?
The rank responsible for approving and ensuring proper documentation of LOAs for 30 days.
What is the Squad Leader?
CPTs must be able to set a good example for this rank of officer.
What is a LT?
The rank of leaders CPTs directly report to.
Ex: Your squad has been slowing down its intake of new members. You message the LTs and SGTs, who respond with a lack of confidence in recruiting alone. Later that night you and the available LTs and SGTs get together and game in open lobby's to find more members to join.

What is an event memo?
A list of inactive members that is sent to the Maj/Gen for final approval before removing their squad roles.
What is a fluff list?
The acronym DNH stands for.
The name of the set of training classes that CPTs use when teaching their squad members.
What is JR Officer Training?
Participating in events, talking in discord, assisting members, and communicating with the other officers. These are all examples of one theme that all members and officers of KSI must be:

What is being active?
Ex: A squad member has taken training with you on hosting. They've participated in game nights before, and have a general idea of how its done. You add them to the schedule as a host for Friday night, and add your name alongside them under another position name to show that you'll be present to back them up.
What is co-host?
The official name of the system introduced to LTs that tracks information such as squad retention, recruiting, member notes, etc.
What is the Clan Management System?
The rank responsible for overseeing and developing relationships between multiple squads and their leaders.
What is a CoFo?
The Department responsible for handling removal/DNH appeals?
What is the KSI Court System?
CPTs are responsible for organizing a list of activities structured by the MAJ and GEN, and encourage attendance at these events.
What is a squad schedule?
The required Education Dept. workshop that must be taken alongside Adv. Leadership: CPT to be promoted from LT to CPT. It overviews how to handle issues within the community.
What is Conflict Resolution?
Ex: A SSGT in your squad has recruited a new member. They provide you with the recruit information to be added to this squad channel.
What is #squad-memos?
The person responsible for ensuring their recruits have settled into the squad and community. Assists in getting the new member into uniform, and answers questions as needed.
What is a recruiter?
The ranks trained up to run both squads after a split.

The nickname given to CPTs due to their responsibility in conducting squad training for junior officers.

A game used by CPT+ as a tool to teach members within Clan Ops.
