Explain the Conditional Swap process:
What is:
Regular swapping is where you trade one enrolled course for another open course. Conditional swapping is where you tentatively trade one enrolled course for another waitlisted course. In regular swapping, the trade is immediate. In conditional swapping, the trade only occurs if/when you move off the waitlist on the second course. To set a conditional swap up, find the course you want (it will be full), when adding it to your shopping cart, check the "waitlist if class if full" box, then, once it is sitting in your shopping cart, go to the swap tab, select the course you are enrolled in that you wish to trade, then select the course you wish to be enrolled in from your shopping cart, and proceed.
