                            What is the difference between " Parade Rest" and "At Ease"
                            on the command "PARADE REST" A position is assumed by a soldier  in which the feet are 12 inches (30.48 cm) apart, the hands are clasped behind the back, and the head is held motionless and facing forward. 
On the command "AT EASE", the soldier may move; however, he must remain standing and silent with his right foot in place.
