The IWGCSA will be consulted to discuss outstanding space issues which require project funding.
CORA will then pronounce on all of the requests. Only requests still in dispute will need to go past this stage.
The Missions Committee will decide on requests still in dispute.
Exceptionally, decisions can be further appealed up the governance chain to the Corporate Management Committee and the ADM Council on Representation Abroad, and ultimately to the DM Sub-Committee on Representation Abroad if required.
Once the assessment by stakeholder and the required authorities have been received and a source of funds has been identified, the proposal is presented at CORA for recommendation, in order to proceed.
