What is a mandatory repair? What happens if a client declines a mandatory repair?
A Mandatory repair is a service that is required to bring a piece back to pristine condition. It is a recommendation from our expert craftsmen to restore the piece. It is necessary.
If a client declines the mandatory repair, we will not move forward with any services

Necklaces - 2 inches up or down - 3rd inch is provided but only when needed

Shining: Removes superficial scratches and enhances the brilliance of the gold

What happens if we receive a piece that was altered by an outside jewler?
We will repair the piece to restore it to our standard.
