What is a sprint planning?
This is the person responsible for communicating with stakeholders and customers.
Who is the Product Owner?
This is the ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes.
What is Continuous Improvement?
This tool is used to help pods track their work in MWoW.
What is Jira?
The Product Owner/Product Manager is responsible for defining this and socializing it with their Pods to help guide them. The Pod should refer back to this often for reinforcement.
What is the Product Vision?
This MWoW Event should be conducted a minimum of once per Sprint but can be conducted more often if the pod prefers.
What is Backlog Refienment?
These are the people who enable the project and for whom the project will produce the agreed-upon benefit(s).
Who are Stakeholders?
These are the two main Agile frameworks used within MWoW
What are Scrum and Kanban?
An event that the pods use determine what went well, what went wrong, where improvements can be made, and to plan strategies for the future
What is a Retrospective?
A collection of user stories to implement the vision prioritized by business value.

Who are the Domain Coordinators/RTEs?
Waterfall projects have fixed requirements and usually negotiate Cost and Schedule. Agile projects negotiate this.

What is a Potentially Shippable Product/Working Functionality/Working Software?
The number of story points that the team can complete in a given sprint.
