What are Sprint Goals?
The role that is the servant leader for the team, helps remove impediments, and reducing costly delays.
What is the Scrum Master?
Assumes 1 story point = 1 day and 1 day = 6 hours
What is Team Member Capacity Estimates?
Large SOW that can span multiple Program Increments and include Acceptance Criteria.
What is an Epic?
Aggregates multiple teams to perform multiple sprints that the team can focus attention on during a specific timeframe while demonstrating value and getting fast feedback.
What is a Program Increment?
The role that establishes Vision for the Product, prioritizes and adapts the work based upon customer/stakeholder needs, and regularly accepts demonstrated work based upon Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
What is the SAFe Product Owner/DTE Product Manager?
Example of these are:
Code checked-in and complied, unit test passed, Acceptance test passed, User Guide updated, Performance test passed, Test plan approved, UAT passed, and communication package completed.
What is Defining Done?
List of features or technical tasks which the team maintains and which, at a given moment, are known to be necessary and sufficient to complete a project or a release.
What is a Backlog?
A routine, face-to-face event, with a standard agenda that includes a presentation of business context and vision followed by team planning breakouts—where the teams create their Iteration plans and objectives for the upcoming Program Increment (PI).
