Is there anything different in Alberta with ODHH requirements?
If there are ‘Other Drivers’ living in the household, we are still required to ask whether they will be using the policy holders vehicle(s). We will still attempt to obtain their information, however, if the policy holder refuses to provide these details, stating that the other driver(s) will not drive the vehicle(s) is sufficient and no further action can be taken on the policy. If there is a regular and frequent operator of a vehicle then we must follow up and obtain the driver’s information.
