What is a house fire?
A medicine that is obtained with a doctor’s written order
A disease in which a person is dependent on alcohol
What is alcoholism?
Exhaled smoke or smoke from the burning end of a cigarette, cigar, or pipe that someone breathes in.
What is secondhand smoke?
A chemical that is breathed into the lungs
What is an inhalant?
The place you would go if there was a tornado while you were at school
The use of an illegal drug or the harmful use of a legal drug on purpose
What is drug abuse?
A reason(s) to resist alcohol.

A gummy substance in tobacco smoke that can kill lung cells
What is tar?
Irregular heartbeat, suffocation, choking, brain damage, and even death ("sudden sniffing death").
How do inhalants affect your health?
Created from thunderstorm clouds and it can travel faster than 70 mph
What is a tornado?
Substances other than food that can change how the mind or body works
What is a drug?
This part of the body can be affected by alcohol by causing dizziness, loss of balance, unclear speech, and loss of muscle control. It can cause memory loss and destroy brain cells. Alcohol also can cause accidents and death if someone drinks and drives.
What is the Nervous System?
A drug that speeds up the body’s functions
What is a stimulant?
Stop bone growth and damage the heart, liver, and kidneys. Severe mood swings and severe depression can also occur.
The American Red Cross and Disney created this to help students be prepared for emergency situations like a house fire, tornado, winter storm, earthquake, etc.
