 1 First you need to introduce a bill, second they debate the bill principle next they debate the bill in detail next they debate it for the last time. Then the vote is taken, after that it is a royal asset.

Cabinet ministers can be responsible for specific departments of ministries. For the MLA’s one of their many roles can be to Attend sessions of the legislative assembly and to communicate with constituents those are 2 of many responsibilities they have.
