During group and independent work. Please refrain from phone use during the lesson. It is tiresome to repeat the same instructions 5 times...
When is the best time to go sharpen your pencil?
When Mrs. Lowe is not teaching.

What should you do if you are absent?
If you can, check canvas for work or notes. Let Ms. T know that you were absent and check the absent basket for copies of the work you missed.
When are you able to go to the bathroom?
Only with permission and when I'm am not teaching.
How do you format an email to a teacher?
Greeting: Hello, Hi, How are you?, etc.
Questions or information: Make sure you are specific in what you are talking about and clear enough that the teacher understands. (if possible, include the name of the assignment and the module it is in)
Closing: Thanks, Thank you, Hope you have a good day, etc.
What is the 15/15 rule?
The first 15 and last 15 minutes of class are important; there is no leaving the classroom during this time
What are you not allowed to wear in the school? (Is there a dress code?)

When should you go behind or grab things off of Ms. T's desk or in the cabinets?
On desk - restricted area;
In cabinets with permission only
What should you bring with you to class?
Writing utensils.
Paper.
Charged computer.
How many minutes should I work on an idea before asking Ms. T for help?
At least 3 minutes

1st time: Warning/Hairy Eyeball
2nd time: Move to a different seat.
3rd time, contact home.
What are helpful things you could do before bed every night to be prepared for school?
Make sure you have all supplies in backpack and your laptop is plugged in (books, computer, charger)
What are the three things we need to do at the end of class before we can leave?
1. Put away math things.
2. tidy up desks.
3. Materials put in the correct place in caddy.
How loud should students be talking in the hallway?
Keep a reasonable volume. Inside voice.
Can you eat in the classroom?
Yes, but if crumbs or wrappers are found by anyone, your class will lose that privilege.
What are the four things you should do when you enter the classroom?
1. Grab my notebook and Chromebook quietly
2. Sit down quietly
3. Read the board for Bellwork
4. Begin working on the Bellwork for the day
What should you do if you are having a bad day?
1. Take some deep breathes.
2. Communicate that with a teacher or adult you trust and they will point you in the right direction.
