If requested, can we proceed in resetting an assessment if a job seeker has already asked for an accommodation request?
NO
If the job seeker confirms they still need assessment accommodations they'll need to contact the employer directly to reset the assessment. If they do not require an accommodation, you can proceed with resetting the assessment for the job seeker.
After clicking "Reset Attempt", where will the Assessment go? Where can you find the link of the Invitation URL?
After clicking "Reset Attempt", the Assessment will move to the top of the page. Make sure to scroll up to the top before copying the Invitation URL.

FALSE
Regardless of score, the employer will see the results from the most recent Assessment they took. The JS cannot choose which Assessment score to send the employer (we also do not have this option). Will Public Assessments automatically be shared with employers? Explain.
Some job seekers think that any employer they apply to will automatically receive any assessments they have marked as Public on their Resume. This is not the case. They would still need to be invited to take the assessment by that employer and then opt to share the previous score. If they apply with their Indeed Resume, the employer will be able to see any public scores on the user's Resume, however the scores will not be loaded in to the employer's account or applied to any assessments the employer may have sent the job seeker unless the job seeker shared the score through the assessment invitation.

Can I remove Assessments from my Profile and/or Resume?
While you can’t remove assessments from your Profile, you can control whether or not an assessment is visible to potential employers. On your Profile, scroll to the Assessments section and toggle off the visibility of your Assessment result. This makes your results private and hidden from potential employers.
I want to know which Questions I Answered Correctly
As a security precaution, we do not allow anyone (including employers) to see answers to any of our assessments.
Scores on assessments sent directly to you by an employer can only be seen by that employer.

If an assessment link does not work can we disclose to the JS that his application was rejected by the employer? What answer can we provide?
Do not tell the Job Seeker that this may have happened until we have confirmed that this is the case. Getting rejected from a job is a sensitive situation and we want to be mindful of this.
"I click the link but my screen is blank."
"I am trying to take the Phone Screen Assessment but the call doesn't go through."
"The images won't load for the Social Media Assessment."
How should we respond to these kinds of concerns by the JS?
Recommend technical troubleshooting Steps
If a job seeker is reporting an error message with assessments, how should we proceed before escalating? What do we need to know?
Answer from Slack:
- Ask for a screenshot/video of the error message
- The title of the assessment they're taking
- Device information
- Have the job seeker try from a different device/clear the current device's cache.
What should we do if a JS is requesting to have all 10 assessments to be reset? How many can we reset?
Try to keep the number of assessments for a JS to 1-2 assessments at a time. We do not want to reset all of their assessments
