First In First Out. We use FIFO by writing the date on products and using the oldest ones first. 🗒
When do you need to call a Manager or Assistant Manager?
An emergency or something that needs an immediate response. Messages on Slack or text work great and allows us to respond when available. ☎️
What is considered being "on time" for your shift?
At most 15 minutes early, at most 5 minutes late unless otherwise asked. We appreciate the eagerness to come to work but just come when scheduled. And don't be late ⏱
After customers leave what should you do?
Clean the dining room, this includes wiping tables, counter tops, and trash cans and sweeping 🧹
When following J.Dawgs dress code, what should you not wear?
No Sweatpants, athletic shorts, or open-toe shoes. 👔

Submit a shift drop or swap request on When I Work, message others to ask if they can take it. If no one takes it and you really can't make it, as a last resort, reach out to managers and we might be able to help. 📲
Who is our "First Responder" discount for?
Military, Police, Firefighters, EMTs. Only for personal purchases (not for orders or large group purchases) 👮🏼
How much sanitizer do you add to the sanitizer buckets?

If the grill catches fire what should you do?
Turn off the burners and wait for the fire to stop. If it doesn't, carefully pull out the crumb trays and lay damp rags over the flames until extinguished.🔥
How do you set your availability on When I Work?
After opening the app go to the more tab, then go to the availability tab. From there you can enter the times you are and aren't available. 📲
