Define % of Credit Apps
This metric includes all patients that applied for financing who had a new single treatment plan presented ($500 or more). This metric includes all applications, not just approved applications. The financing application has to be submitted the same day the treatment plan was created and the patient must have an appointment in the same practice that day.
