If a student needs to do an appeal (academic, financial aid, student record and refund appeal), they need to meet with their assigned SSS.

What is Alternative Format Textbooks and what is the process for it?

Alternative Format Textbooks is when a student needs to have their physical textbooks converted into a digital file to have it read to them (text-to-speech). 

The process is the student completing the Alternative Format Textbook form and they must provide proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, etc.).

Accommodation plans are automatically renewed. Students just have to sign their plan and send it to their instructors.
