What is a shelf marker?
A shelf marker is like a bookmark. We use them to keep our place on the shelves in case we want to put a book back in its proper place. Only Grades 3 and up use shelf markers.
If you're not finished with your book, you would need to do this.
Renew it (this means sign it out again).
Where do books go if you are done with them (2 possible places)?
In the bin in your classroom OR in the red wagon in the library.
