Resident, provide service, enter vitals. Every time you take a set of vitals, whether its a fall, you were directed by on-call to do so, etc. you must document it in ECP using this section.

How do you document a resident's pain in ECP?
What is a pain scale. If you chart that a resident is in pain, you must ask the resident where they would rate their pain on a scale of 1 to 10.

Not loving your neighbor or speaking the truth in love. Instead, ask them if they need help, are they okay today?, offer to show them a routine that works for you and don't get upset if that doesn't work for them.

NO. You do not need to chart/document. Example: "Resident had a good day". We should be charting the out of the ordinary events, concerns, changes, etc. In addition to this, you MUST always chart a note in ECP if you notified RCC or Admin of something

Droplet precaution PPE includes a faceshield, n95 or kn95 (based on situation), gloves, and gown.
Who's responsible for ensuring residents weights are done on the 1st of every month?
Every med passer and DCW on every shift on the first of the month!!
When we are doing a tour, or managers are walking through the buildings, what do we want to see?
employees in dress code, not sitting in the pharmacy, interacting or doing activities with the residents, dining rooms cleaned up timely, halls and common areas smell good, there isn't trash in the hall (especially in MC, the large trash bin cannot sit outside the pharmacy!), mask is on, lights are on, entryways are clean, etc.
