No- girls and parents can let their friends and family members know how to reach them to support their sale but only on their own personally owned social media sites.
Can girls and parents advertise that they are selling cookies on any social media site?

All money earned from the sale of cookies belongs to the troop that earned it. Girls who transfer from one troop to another can ask for a donation from the loosing troop to the new troop but this should be a girl decision.
What happens to the money that a girl earns if she leaves a troop?

Only cookie booths that appear in SNAP are approved selling locations. Troops can select those on a FCFS basis starting in February. Lemonade stands are when a girl and her parent sell in front of their personal residence.
What is the difference between a Cookie booth and a Lemonade stand?

Troops who have leftover cookies are encouraged to go and ask friends and family members to buy additional cookies. Cookies can not be sold to the general public after June 1st. After that date any leftover cookies become troop supplies and should be written off on their end of the year financials.
